Talk about excited, I was like a child. I actually made a cake that for my standard(which isn’t that high) actually looked and tasted great. I know my 8 year old daughter helped, but I skipped around the kitchen. I think the fact I didn’t have to use the oven, or flour or eggs helped, but I’m taking this one as a win on my quest at being the next Mary Berry!!!!Anyone wanting tips on this very wonderful cake, please give me a shout and I’ll be more than happy to ask my daughter for you!!!!!!
